SayPro invites all participants to take part in the Cultural Cooking Video Competition, where they will showcase their culinary skills by preparing a dish that holds cultural or personal significance. This is an opportunity for participants to share their heritage, family traditions, or favorite meals through the art of cooking. Participants will submit a video with clear step-by-step instructions for preparing their dish, along with an explanation of its cultural importance.

Submission Guidelines:

1. Eligibility:
   • Open to all SayPro participants.
   • Participants must be able to showcase a dish from their cultural background or one that holds personal significance.
2. Video Requirements:
   • Length: The video should be between 3 to 5 minutes long.
   • Format: Acceptable video formats include MP4, MOV, and other standard formats. The video should be high quality (HD or higher recommended).
   • Content: The video must include the following:
     • Introduction: Briefly introduce the dish and explain its cultural or personal significance.
     • Step-by-Step Instructions: Provide a detailed, easy-to-follow guide on how to prepare the dish. This should include the ingredients, cooking techniques, and any special tools or methods used in the preparation.
     • Explanation of Cultural Significance: In addition to the cooking demonstration, participants should explain the cultural importance of the dish. This could include its history, role in family traditions, or its connection to specific celebrations or rituals.
     • Final Presentation: Show the completed dish and describe its appearance, taste, and texture. If possible, share why it’s meaningful to you or your community.
3. Creative Approach:
   • Participants are encouraged to use creative video elements such as music, captions, or visual effects that enhance the storytelling of their dish.
   • Videos should be engaging and visually appealing, making it easy for viewers to follow the cooking process.
4. Judging Criteria:
