- Keep participants connected with the SayPro wellness community through ongoing interaction and follow-ups.
📦 POST-CAMP RESOURCE PACKAGE
Delivered via email and accessible on the SayPro Portal, participants will receive a Personalized Post-Camp Toolkit which includes:
1. Session Recordings & Guided Audio Files
- Professionally edited recordings of each day’s guided meditations, breathwork, and relaxation techniques.
- Available in:
- Audio-only (MP3)
- Video recordings (MP4 or Vimeo/Youtube private access)
- Indexed by day and theme for easy access (e.g. “Day 3 – Emotional Release”)
2. Personalized Meditation Plan (PDF)
Each participant receives a tailored plan based on:
- Their post-camp goals (collected via exit survey)
- Techniques they resonated with most during camp
- Time commitment (e.g. 5-min, 15-min, or 30-min daily routines)
Includes:
- Weekly practice schedule (morning/evening)
- Reminders for journaling and reflection
- Optional breathing exercises by day
- Monthly “check-in question” for self-reflection
3. Mini Meditation Library
- 10 downloadable meditations (5 to 20 minutes)
- Formats: Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, Grounding, Gratitude, Loving-Kindness
- Exclusive to SayPro alumni
4. Mindfulness at Home Guide
A short eBook containing:
- Tips for creating a home meditation space
- Integrating mindfulness into daily tasks (eating, walking, cleaning)
