Objective: Finalize a balanced, diverse, and meaningful meditation schedule in collaboration with experienced meditation practitioners and facilitators.
🎯 OBJECTIVES
- Collaborate with certified meditation experts to design and structure each day of the camp.
- Ensure a progressive flow of practices—from foundational techniques to deeper meditative states.
- Balance guided meditations, breathwork, mindfulness practices, and relaxation techniques to meet diverse participant needs.
- Align daily themes with the overall SayPro wellness philosophy and curriculum goals (SCDR.4.8.4).
🤝 COLLABORATION PROCESS WITH MEDITATION EXPERTS
1. Selection of Experts
SayPro identifies and invites 3–5 certified meditation instructors and wellness practitioners, with expertise in:
- Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
- Breathwork and pranayama
- Somatic and body-based relaxation techniques
- Guided visualization and sound meditation
2. Initial Planning Meeting (Week 1 of Pre-Camp Phase)
Goal: Share SayPro’s vision, camp objectives, and expected outcomes.
Agenda Includes:
- Overview of SayPro’s Development Framework (SCDR.4.8.4)
- Introduction of target participants and their expected needs
- Discussion of meditation themes and potential challenges
- Sharing previous camp successes or lessons learned
3. Co-Design Workshops (Week 2 of Pre-Camp Phase)
Facilitated workshops with experts to co-create:

- SayPro hosts a 1-day virtual preview with internal staff or test participants.
- Sample guided meditations and feedback collected on timing, clarity, and impact.
3. Final Review Meeting (Week Before Camp)
- Confirm instructor assignments and session leadership
- Verify any special requirements (props, sound tools, recording needs)
- Sign-off on final digital and print schedule
