Objective: Finalize a balanced, diverse, and meaningful meditation schedule in collaboration with experienced meditation practitioners and facilitators.


🎯 OBJECTIVES

  1. Collaborate with certified meditation experts to design and structure each day of the camp.
  2. Ensure a progressive flow of practices—from foundational techniques to deeper meditative states.
  3. Balance guided meditations, breathwork, mindfulness practices, and relaxation techniques to meet diverse participant needs.
  4. Align daily themes with the overall SayPro wellness philosophy and curriculum goals (SCDR.4.8.4).

🤝 COLLABORATION PROCESS WITH MEDITATION EXPERTS

1. Selection of Experts

SayPro identifies and invites 3–5 certified meditation instructors and wellness practitioners, with expertise in:

  • Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
  • Breathwork and pranayama
  • Somatic and body-based relaxation techniques
  • Guided visualization and sound meditation

2. Initial Planning Meeting (Week 1 of Pre-Camp Phase)

Goal: Share SayPro’s vision, camp objectives, and expected outcomes.

Agenda Includes:

  • Overview of SayPro’s Development Framework (SCDR.4.8.4)
  • Introduction of target participants and their expected needs
  • Discussion of meditation themes and potential challenges
  • Sharing previous camp successes or lessons learned

3. Co-Design Workshops (Week 2 of Pre-Camp Phase)

Facilitated workshops with experts to co-create:

  • Experts provide written feedback on the proposed schedule.
  • Suggestions are made to adjust flow, session length, or thematic sequencing.

2. Practice Run (Optional)

  • SayPro hosts a 1-day virtual preview with internal staff or test participants.
  • Sample guided meditations and feedback collected on timing, clarity, and impact.

3. Final Review Meeting (Week Before Camp)

  • Confirm instructor assignments and session leadership
  • Verify any special requirements (props, sound tools, recording needs)
  • Sign-off on final digital and print schedule
