Welcome to the SayPro 5-Day Therapeutic Camp!
Weβve crafted a flexible and comprehensive daily schedule to ensure that all participants receive the support they need for physical, emotional, and mental well-being. This schedule includes a variety of therapeutic activities tailored to specific participant needs, such as group therapy, physical rehabilitation, mindfulness exercises, relaxation techniques, and more. The aim is to provide a balanced experience that helps participants feel supported and empowered throughout their journey.
Daily Therapeutic Activity Schedule
Day 1: Introduction & Foundational Healing
- 8:00 AM β 9:00 AM: Breakfast & Morning Wellness Check-In
Participants gather in the communal dining area for a nourishing breakfast. Our wellness team conducts brief check-ins to understand participants’ current state and any specific needs or concerns for the day. - 9:00 AM β 10:30 AM: Group Therapy Session
A facilitated group therapy session where participants can share their experiences, challenges, and aspirations. The focus will be on building trust, sharing common experiences, and beginning the process of emotional healing. - 10:30 AM β 11:00 AM: Break & Refreshments
- 11:00 AM β 12:30 PM: Physical Rehabilitation (Individualized)
Participants will engage in physical rehabilitation activities based on their personal needs. Physical therapists will provide one-on-one guidance on exercises and rehabilitation techniques tailored to support recovery, mobility, and strength. - 12:30 PM β 1:30 PM: Lunch & Social Time
- 1:30 PM β 3:00 PM: Mindfulness & Relaxation Techniques
A session focused on mindfulness exercises designed to enhance emotional regulation and stress relief. Participants will be guided through breathing exercises, body scans, and gentle meditations to promote mental clarity and relaxation. - 3:00 PM β 3:30 PM: Break & Light Snacks
- 3:30 PM β 5:00 PM: Creative Expression & Art Therapy
Using various creative mediums (painting, drawing, sculpting), participants will engage in art therapy to explore their feelings, reduce stress, and tap into their emotions in a non-verbal way. This session encourages self-expression and healing through creativity. - 5:00 PM β 6:00 PM: Dinner & Reflection Time
- 6:00 PM β 7:30 PM: Evening Group Sharing Circle
Participants gather in a safe and supportive circle to share insights, experiences, and reflections from the day. This group discussion fosters a sense of community and mutual support. - 7:30 PM β 8:00 PM: Light Relaxation & Wind-Down Routine
A calming session of relaxation techniques designed to prepare the body and mind for restful sleep. Participants may engage in gentle stretching, deep breathing, or guided imagery exercises to promote deep relaxation.
Day 2: Deepening Therapeutic Practices
- 8:00 AM β 9:00 AM: Breakfast & Morning Check-In
A healthy breakfast followed by a wellness check-in to ensure that participants are feeling comfortable and supported. - 9:00 AM β 10:30 AM: Group Therapy (Cognitive Behavioral Focus)
A cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) session where participants will explore and identify thought patterns and behaviors that may be contributing to their challenges. The goal is to help participants reframe their thinking and develop coping strategies. - 10:30 AM β 11:00 AM: Break & Refreshments
- 11:00 AM β 12:30 PM: Physical Rehabilitation (Stretching & Mobility Focus)
This session is aimed at increasing flexibility and improving mobility. The physical therapy team will guide participants through individualized stretching routines and exercises designed to enhance range of motion and reduce stiffness. - 12:30 PM β 1:30 PM: Lunch & Rest Period
- 1:30 PM β 3:00 PM: Mindfulness Practice: Guided Meditation & Journaling
A deeper dive into mindfulness practices, including guided meditation sessions and time for reflective journaling. Participants will explore techniques to stay grounded and present, as well as strategies for emotional resilience. - 3:00 PM β 3:30 PM: Break & Light Snacks
- 3:30 PM β 5:00 PM: Outdoor Therapy & Nature Walk
A therapeutic outdoor activity that takes participants into nature for a mindful walk. The goal is to engage with the natural environment, observe surroundings, and practice mindfulness in motion. - 5:00 PM β 6:00 PM: Dinner & Free Time
- 6:00 PM β 7:30 PM: Relaxation Techniques & Guided Breathing Exercises
A gentle session designed to help participants relax their bodies and minds through various relaxation techniques, including progressive muscle relaxation and deep breathing exercises. - 7:30 PM β 8:00 PM: Reflection and Relaxation Before Bed
Participants engage in a short group reflection, followed by a guided wind-down routine to ensure a restful evening.
Day 3: Building Strength & Emotional Resilience
- 8:00 AM β 9:00 AM: Breakfast & Morning Check-In
Breakfast followed by wellness check-ins to track physical and emotional progress. - 9:00 AM β 10:30 AM: Group Therapy (Trauma-Informed Focus)
A group therapy session centered around trauma recovery, where participants learn tools to address past trauma and begin working towards healing and emotional resilience. - 10:30 AM β 11:00 AM: Break & Refreshments
- 11:00 AM β 12:30 PM: Strength Training & Rehabilitation
A physical rehabilitation session focusing on building strength through resistance training or functional movements. This session is adapted to each participantβs level of physical ability. - 12:30 PM β 1:30 PM: Lunch & Rest Period
- 1:30 PM β 3:00 PM: Deep Relaxation & Visualization Techniques
A session dedicated to relaxation, where participants will practice guided imagery and visualization techniques to promote mental calmness and peace. - 3:00 PM β 3:30 PM: Break & Light Snacks
- 3:30 PM β 5:00 PM: Art Therapy: Creating Emotional Healing Pieces
Participants will be encouraged to create personal artworks that reflect their emotional healing journey, which can serve as an outlet for emotions and provide insight into their therapeutic process. - 5:00 PM β 6:00 PM: Dinner & Reflection Time

A safe space for participants to share insights, challenges, and victories from the day, as well as to discuss how they are progressing toward their therapeutic goals. - 7:30 PM β 8:00 PM: Relaxation and Meditation Before Bed
A final meditation session to guide participants into a peaceful nightβs rest.
Day 4: Integration & Skill Building
- 8:00 AM β 9:00 AM: Breakfast & Morning Check-In
A nutritious breakfast followed by wellness check-ins to discuss how participants are feeling physically and emotionally. - 9:00 AM β 10:30 AM: Group Therapy (Skill-Building for Coping Mechanisms)
This session will focus on developing and enhancing coping skills that participants can use outside the therapeutic camp. Techniques for managing stress, anxiety, and other challenges will be covered. - 10:30 AM β 11:00 AM: Break & Refreshments

A focus on improving movement, posture, and functional strength with guided physical therapy that will help participants gain better mobility and comfort in daily activities. - 12:30 PM β 1:30 PM: Lunch & Social Time

A session designed to help participants learn and practice techniques for staying present in the moment and managing overwhelming thoughts or emotions. - 3:00 PM β 3:30 PM: Break & Light Snacks
- 3:30 PM β 5:00 PM: Outdoor Therapy: Movement and Mindfulness in Nature
A gentle activity designed to connect participants with the natural environment through mindful walking, breathing, and stretching exercises. - 5:00 PM β 6:00 PM: Dinner & Free Time

A relaxing session focused on releasing the stress of the day and preparing for a restful night with calming meditation and breathing exercises.
Day 5: Reflection, Celebration, and Future Planning

Participants will have the opportunity to celebrate their progress, share personal insights, and express gratitude for the experience. This will include affirmations, personal goal setting, and positive affirmations for the future. - 12:30 PM β 1:30 PM: Lunch & Farewell Time
