Objective:
To ensure consistency, fairness, and alignment with SayPro’s values during the final judging process, SayPro provides structured and comprehensive training for all judges. This training introduces SayPro’s scoring system, clarifies expectations, and equips judges with the tools needed to assess finalists competently and ethically.
1. Pre-Event Judge Orientation Program
a. Scheduling and Format
- Organize a Virtual Orientation Session 3–5 days before the final judging event.
- Duration: 60–75 minutes
- Platform: Zoom or Microsoft Teams (recorded for absent judges)
- Mandatory for all new judges; optional for returning ones

- Brief history of SayPro
- Vision and mission, especially youth and community empowerment

2. SayPro Scoring System Explained
