As part of its mandate to ensure seamless and professional execution of the SayPro Monthly March SCDR-3 Choir Competitions, the SayPro Development Competitions Office, under the direction of SayPro Development Royalty, is tasked with the critical responsibility of coordinating all aspects related to participant registration, song submission, and the judging process. - Registration Support: Provide real-time assistance via phone, email, or help desk to resolve any issues or queries from prospective participants.
- Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date database of registered choirs, including contact information, category of participation, and assigned performance slots.
2. Song Submission Management

- Deadline Enforcement: Monitor and enforce deadlines for song submissions to ensure timely preparation and logistical planning.
- Copyright Compliance: Review submissions for copyright compliance and appropriate usage rights, ensuring legal and ethical standards are upheld.
3. Judging Coordination
- Judge Selection: Identify, recruit, and appoint a panel of qualified and diverse adjudicators with expertise in choral music, vocal technique, performance, and musicality.
- Orientation and Briefing: Conduct detailed briefings for judges to familiarize them with the competition’s scoring system, performance categories, and evaluation rubrics.
- Judging Materials: Prepare and distribute judging sheets, performance schedules, and scoring criteria to all adjudicators in advance.
- Score Collection and Tabulation: Implement a secure and efficient process for collecting scores, cross-checking results, and compiling final rankings.
- Transparency and Fairness: Uphold the highest standards of integrity, neutrality, and fairness throughout the judging process, ensuring every choir is assessed equitably.
By managing these critical areas effectively, SayPro ensures a professional, transparent, and enriching experience for all participants and adjudicators involved in the SayPro Monthly March SCDR-3 Choir Competitions, thereby promoting excellence and artistic development within the choral community.
