    Participants must create a fully functional website that meets the following criteria:

    • Participants register individually or in teams.
    • SayPro matches each participant/team with an NPO based on project needs.

    2. Research & Website Planning (January 16 – January 31)

    • Conduct research on the NPO’s mission, values, and digital needs.
    • Create wireframes and prototypes for the website.
    • Submit an initial design concept for feedback.

    3. Website Development & Testing (February 1 – February 28)

    • Develop the website using modern web development technologies (e.g., WordPress, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, or other CMS platforms).
    • Ensure fully functional interactive elements (e.g., donation portals, event calendars, sign-up forms).
    • Implement SEO best practices and accessibility standards.
    • Midway progress check with SayPro mentors and NPO representatives.

    4. Submission & Evaluation (March 1 – March 10)

    • Submit the fully functional website, including a documentation report explaining design choices.
    • Conduct live demonstrations of the website for judges.
    • Websites will be evaluated based on design, functionality, usability, accessibility, and innovation.
