SayPro Code/Project Files

In addition to the project report, participants are required to submit any relevant files associated with their work. These may include:

  1. Source Code: If the solution involves software development, participants will need to submit the source code they wrote during the competition. This code should be well-organized, commented where necessary, and optimized for clarity and functionality. It will allow the judges to evaluate the technical aspects of the solution and assess its quality, efficiency, and scalability.
  2. Documentation: Alongside the source code, participants should provide detailed documentation explaining how to set up, use, and maintain their solution. The documentation should be user-friendly, ensuring that anyone who interacts with the project can understand its functionality, how to run the code, and any dependencies or configurations required.
  3. Demo Videos: If applicable, participants may submit demo videos that showcase their solution in action. These videos provide a visual representation of how the project works and can serve as a great way to illustrate its impact or usability. Demo videos should be clear and concise, demonstrating key features and functionalities to help judges better understand the solution’s real-world application.

The code/project files are an essential part of the submission process, as they allow judges to directly assess the technical execution of the solutions. They also provide participants with an opportunity to showcase the depth and sophistication of their work, as well as their ability to document and present their projects in a professional manner. Submitting well-organized, properly documented code or files also reflects participants’ ability to think beyond the competition and prepares them for future opportunities in the tech or innovation sectors.
