The SayPro Quarterly Comedy Competition invites participants to showcase their comedic talents by performing routines designed to entertain and engage the audience. Participants will be required to perform a comedic routine that lasts between 3 to 5 minutes, utilizing humor to captivate and entertain while adhering to professional standards and maintaining respect for all audiences.

Competition Guidelines:

• Routine Length: All routines must be between 3 to 5 minutes long. This ensures a concise, engaging performance that holds the audience’s attention while allowing enough time for creativity and humor.
• Content: Participants are encouraged to create routines that reflect their unique style of humor, but all content must remain respectful and professional. Humor that promotes inclusivity, light-hearted fun, and positivity is encouraged, while any offensive or inappropriate material will be disqualified.
• Audience Engagement: While creativity and humor are the key components, routines that are designed to connect with the audience and foster engagement are highly encouraged. This may include references to everyday workplace situations, challenges, or creative takes on cultural themes in a respectful and entertaining manner.

• Review and Judging: Judges will evaluate submissions between March 1 and March 15.
• Winner Announcement: Winners will be announced on March 15 through SayPro’s internal communication channels.

Awards and Recognition:

• 1st Place: $500 gift card (or equivalent value).
• 2nd Place: $250 gift card.
• 3rd Place: $100 gift card.

Winners will be recognized in SayPro’s Quarterly Newsletter and will have their routines featured on SayPro’s internal social channels.
