- Overview
On 12 January 2022, SayPro, in partnership with Accenture, successfully delivered a full-day Life Skills Training session to 19 participants. This initiative forms part of SayPro’s broader commitment to equipping individuals with personal development skills essential for personal growth, employability, and community engagement.
- Objectives of the Training
To develop participants’ interpersonal and communication skills
To enhance decision-making, problem-solving, and goal-setting abilities
To build resilience, self-confidence, and emotional intelligence
To promote collaborative partnerships in personal and professional skills development
- Training Content Covered
The session focused on the following key areas:
Introduction to Life Skills – understanding the importance of personal and professional development
Communication Skills – verbal and non-verbal communication, active listening, and feedback
Decision-Making and Problem-Solving – strategies for effective decision-making and resolving challenges
Goal Setting and Time Management – techniques for setting achievable goals and managing time efficiently
Emotional Intelligence and Resilience – building self-awareness, managing emotions, and coping with stress
Teamwork and Collaboration – practical exercises to foster cooperation and interpersonal relationships

All 19 participants actively engaged in theoretical discussions and practical exercises
Participants shared personal experiences and participated in role-play activities
