- Overview
On 19 January 2022, SayPro, in partnership with Accenture, successfully delivered a full-day Project Management Training session to 09 participants. This initiative forms part of SayPro’s broader commitment to equipping individuals with essential project planning, coordination, and management skills for career growth and organizational success.
- Objectives of the Training
To introduce participants to the principles and methodologies of project management
To build practical skills in project planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation
To enhance employability by developing organizational and leadership competencies
To promote collaborative partnerships in professional and technical skills development
- Training Content Covered
The session focused on the following key areas:
Introduction to Project Management – understanding project life cycles and methodologies
Project Planning and Scheduling – developing project charters, timelines, and resource plans
Risk Management – identifying, analyzing, and mitigating project risks
Execution and Monitoring – tools and techniques for tracking progress and ensuring quality
Project Closure and Evaluation – lessons learned and continuous improvement practices

All 09 participants actively engaged in discussions, group work, and practical exercises
