Key topics to assess:- Overall satisfaction with SayPro Festival
- Value received vs. investment
- Quality of branding exposure and activations
- Communication and support from SayPro team
- Likelihood to sponsor future events
- Scoring Criteria
Use a 1–5 or 1–10 scale, with:- 9–10 or 4–5 = Very Satisfied
- 7–8 or 3–4 = Neutral to Satisfied
- Below 7 = Needs Improvement
- Follow-Up and Action
- Personally contact any sponsors rating below 7
- Document feedback in sponsor CRM or tracking sheet
- Include satisfaction metrics in the final sponsorship report
