Chef Yusuf is at the forefront of SayPro’s Food Development Initiatives, where he leads research on nutritionally balanced, low-cost meal solutions for underserved communities. His innovation: a protein-rich maize-based meal bar for school nutrition programs.

Chef Naledi Makgatho
