📤 2. Submission Instructions

1. Go to: www.saypro.online
2. Navigate to:
   → Development Competitions Office
   → SCDR-3 Monthly Science and Innovation Competition
3. Click on Submit Your Project
4. Upload all required files (PDFs, ZIP folders, images, or videos)
5. Complete the online form with:
   • Project Title
   • Category (Science/Tech)
   • Contact Person
   • Short Description (max 200 words)
6. Click Submit and wait for confirmation email.
