2.2 Submission Deadline
- All entries must be submitted by the official competition deadline. Late submissions will not be accepted under any circumstances.

4. Copyright and Usage Rights
4.1 Copyright Ownership
- The artist retains ownership of their work once submitted, unless otherwise specified.
4.2 Grant of Usage Rights
- By submitting their entry, participants grant SayPro the right to:
- Use and display their artwork for promotional, marketing, and internal communications purposes, including but not limited to:

- Social media platforms
- Newsletters
- Advertising materials

4.3 Attribution

4.4 Withdrawal of Permission
- If the participant does not wish to grant these usage rights, they must notify SayPro in writing prior to submission. However, if they choose to withdraw this permission after submission, they may not be eligible for the competition.
5. Prizes and Recognition
5.1 Prize Awards
- Winners will receive prizes in accordance with the competition’s official prize structure. Specific prize details will be announced prior to the competition launch.
5.2 Recognition
- Winners and notable entries will be prominently featured on SayPro’s platforms such as the website, newsletters, and social media channels.
5.3 Taxes and Fees
- All applicable taxes or duties on prizes are the responsibility of the winner. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. Disqualification and Termination
6.1 Grounds for Disqualification
- Any participant found to be in violation of the following terms may be disqualified:
- Submission of plagiarized work.
- Failure to comply with the submission guidelines.
- Submission of work that violates any laws or contains offensive content (e.g., explicit or offensive imagery, hate speech, etc.).
6.2 Termination of Competition
- SayPro reserves the right to terminate the competition at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to technical issues, legal reasons, or insufficient participation. If the competition is terminated, SayPro will notify participants as soon as possible.
7. Participant Responsibilities

- Participants are responsible for ensuring that all work submitted is their own original creation and that they hold the necessary rights to submit it.

- Participants must confirm that they have obtained the necessary permissions for any third-party elements used in their work (e.g., photos, logos, music, etc.).
