Activity: Encouragement for Participants to Submit Preliminary Drafts for Feedback and Advice
Overview
During the second week of the SayPro Monthly August SCDR-3 Competition, participants are encouraged to submit preliminary drafts of their project proposals and supporting materials. Early submission of drafts will enable SayPro mentors and experts to provide timely, constructive feedback, improving the overall quality and impact of their final submissions.
Purpose
- To identify strengths and areas for improvement in proposals and prototypes early in the development process.
- To offer actionable guidance on scientific content, clarity, methodology, and presentation.
- To assist participants in aligning their work with competition requirements and judging criteria.
Submission Guidelines for Drafts
- Participants may submit draft versions of their project proposals, prototype descriptions, or pitch scripts via the SayPro participant portal.
- Draft submissions are voluntary but highly recommended.
- Feedback will be provided within a specified timeframe (typically 3–5 business days).
- Participants are encouraged to integrate the feedback and seek follow-up guidance as needed.
Support and Follow-Up
- Dedicated feedback teams composed of SayPro advisors and subject-matter experts will review drafts.
- Participants can request clarification or additional advice after receiving feedback.
- Regular reminders will be sent to encourage draft submissions and ongoing project refinement.
