    • Annual Calendar Development: SayPro is responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive annual calendar that includes all scheduled choir competitions, specifically highlighting the March edition of the SCDR-3 series.
    • Venue Booking: Identify, secure, and prepare venues that are acoustically suitable and accessible for the monthly competitions.
    • Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with relevant stakeholders, including choir directors, community leaders, adjudicators, sponsors, and media partners.
