    During the final two days of the SayPro Monthly August SCDR-3 Competition, selected finalists will have the opportunity to present their innovations to the judging panel, SayPro community, and invited stakeholders. Presentations can be conducted either virtually or in-person at the SayPro headquarters in Neftalopolis, accommodating participants’ preferences and logistics.


    Presentation Format

    • Duration: Each finalist is allotted a specific time slot (typically 15–20 minutes) including Q&A.
    • Content:
      • Clear articulation of the problem addressed and its significance
      • Explanation of the scientific methodology and technical approach
      • Demonstration or description of the prototype/MVP
      • Discussion of the innovation’s potential impact and scalability
      • Responses to judges’ questions and feedback
    • Technical Setup:
      • Online presentations will be conducted via SayPro’s secure video conferencing platform.
      • In-person presentations will take place at SayPro headquarters, with appropriate AV support.

    Preparation and Support
